About Berta

Berta Biscevic is a Canadian immigration lawyer based in Montreal with more than 12 years of experience in citizenship and immigration law. She is fluent in English, French, Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian. Biscevic studied at both Université Laval and the University of Quebec at Montreal, and is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Association of Immigration Lawyers of Quebec (AQAADI). She practices all aspects of Canadian immigration law at the federal and provincial levels, including refugee claims, family sponsorships, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
