About Bernie

Bernie Olanski is a partner and co-founder of Lexcor Business Lawyers LLP, advising small to mid-sized businesses and professional corporations on corporate and commercial matters. Olanski earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, was called to the Ontario bar in 1988, and became a registered trade-mark agent in 1997. Olanski's practice covers mergers and acquisitions, business sales, estate freezes, tax planning, corporate reorganizations, contract drafting, trademark matters, and real estate transactions, and Olanski co-developed SpeedMatters, software for generating corporate documents. Olanski is originally from northern Alberta.
