About Larry
Larry Crossan is a partner at Lexcor Business Lawyers LLP, focusing on the purchase, sale, financing, and structuring of owner-operated businesses and on tax-driven corporate reorganizations. Crossan earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1988 (and the New York bar in 1987). Before founding Lexcor, Crossan worked in banking, corporate finance, general management, and hospitality, then practised at two major national Canadian firms. Crossan is a registered trade-mark agent and has instructed in the business law section of the Bar Admission Course and through continuing legal education programs.
