About Bernard

Bernard Dufour has practised labour and employment law since the beginning of his career, appearing before grievance arbitrators, administrative judges, the Quebec Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. He specializes in disciplinary management and has handled harassment file management for the past 25 years, and also advises on collective agreement negotiation, employment contracts and termination agreements. He has developed particular expertise in workplace climate analysis and investigations into psychological and sexual harassment complaints. As an accredited mediator in labour and civil law, he has developed and implemented methods for preventing and resolving interpersonal workplace conflicts and harassment situations, and offers customized corporate training on human resources management, dispute prevention and labour relations.
