About Marc-Étienne

Marc-Etienne Vien co-founded St-Amant & Vien Avocats d'affaires and practices corporate law, tax law, and strategic business advisory. Before co-founding the firm, he built a diversified business law practice following time at a major law firm, and worked in Ottawa as senior advisor to a federal minister. Marc-Etienne Vien was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 2014 after studying law at Universite Laval and business administration at McGill University, and he holds a graduate diploma in taxation (D.E.S.S.) from HEC Montreal.
