About Ben
Linda is a Senior Associate Counsel with over 20 years of experience in the Vancouver legal community. Her practice focuses on corporate-commercial law, real estate and wills and estates, helping businesses and individuals with commercial contracts including lease agreements, consulting agreements, and asset and share purchase agreements, as well as corporate financing and investment structures. She also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning, including wills, estates and trusts. Linda is a regular speaker for 'Law Talks' on Vancouver's Fairchild TV and Radio Station FM96.1. She holds a JD from the University of British Columbia, earned in 2009, and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2010 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
