Barry Edson founded Edson Legal and has focused on personal injury and disability cases since his call to the Bar in 1982, handling thousands of matters at every level of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He set a landmark precedent in the 1998 Cugliari v. White motor vehicle case, which changed the law for seriously disabled car accident victims.
