About Baldev
Baldev Sandhu was called to the Bar of Alberta in 2000 after completing Canadian LL.B. requirements through the National Committee of Accreditation. He practiced with a law firm in Calgary for three years before returning to British Columbia, where he was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2003 and founded Sandhu Law Office. He has appeared in BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, Federal Court of Canada, and before immigration tribunals and refugee boards across Canada. He has also led legal-education seminars and spoken about legal topics on radio and television. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
