About Avery

Avery Letkemann is a trial lawyer with experience advocating for clients in both the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court, with a broad civil litigation practice. While completing her law degree at the University of Victoria, she completed a co-op term with the British Columbia Attorney General's Civil Forfeiture Litigation Team, appearing before the BC Supreme Court, and worked with the Law Centre, a community legal clinic serving low-income individuals, where she negotiated favourable outcomes, conducted a civil trial, and secured an acquittal in a criminal matter.
