Ashleigh is a senior law clerk and Manager of Corporate Services in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. Her work focuses on corporate transactions including due diligence, acquisition and sale transactions, financings and corporate tax reorganizations. With over a decade of corporate law experience, she handles all aspects of corporate entity management including annual compliance, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, revivals and dissolutions.
