Steven Skurka is a criminal defence lawyer who has spent decades defending accused persons in murder, fraud and white-collar cases, including advancing a Charter defence in R v. Brown involving a former Toronto Raptors player. He taught criminal procedure at Osgoode Hall Law School and authored a book on Conrad Black's criminal case.
