About Aron

Aron is a partner in the firm's Taxation practice, covering corporate and personal tax planning, including mergers and acquisitions tax structuring, divisive butterfly reorganizations, and restructuring tax-exempt organizations. His personal tax planning work includes business succession and estate planning, and he has a significant healthcare law practice advising doctors and dentists on professional corporations and practice transactions. Aron is a 2024 recipient of the Lexpert Rising Star Award and is the partner responsible for the firm's Corporate Services Department.
