Arlen K. Sternberg is a partner with extensive commercial litigation and administrative law experience, helping clients navigate significant corporate and regulatory disputes, especially within the energy sector. His practice centers on business litigation, with particular attention to administrative, employment, and corporate commercial matters. He regularly appears as counsel at every level of court in Ontario, handling trials, judicial reviews, and appeals, and he also conducts regulatory hearings before various administrative tribunals, along with commercial arbitrations and mediations. Arlen has considerable experience with employment disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims and matters involving the obligations of departing employees.
