Antoine Poirier-Godon maintains a diversified practice with a focus on civil and administrative litigation and municipal law, advising both individuals and organizations on civil liability, administrative matters, and dealings with public authorities in both French and English. He appears before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Federal Court, and administrative tribunals. Before joining the firm, he worked in the legal department of a major Eastern Townships municipality, advising municipal departments and representing the municipality before civil, administrative, and penal courts, and he was a law clerk at the Federal Court for the Honourable Peter G. Pamel and the Honourable Mandy Aylen, contributing to decisions in federal, immigration, administrative, municipal, labour, and tax law. He trained in jazz performance at Université Laval and pursued studies in environmental science at the Université du Québec à Montréal, and was president of the Association générale étudiante de droit while a student.
