About Thierry

Thierry Bouchard-Vincent practices public and administrative law, labour and employment law, and professional discipline, and dedicates part of his practice to mediation, workplace harassment investigations, and arbitration. He is accredited by the Barreau du Québec as a mediator in civil, commercial, and labour matters, as an investigator for workplace harassment complaints (among the province's first fifty accredited lawyers, and the first in the Saint-François judicial district), and, since 2023, as an arbitrator in civil and commercial matters. Before practicing law, he completed a degree in public affairs and international relations and a certificate in Western culture at Université Laval, including studies at Sciences Po in Paris, and worked for several years in public and community organizations. He worked at a major Capitale-Nationale firm after being called to the bar before opening his own practice in the Eastern Townships in 2020.
