About Pierre-Yves

Pierre-Yves Arsenault was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2000. His practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law, with particular expertise in occupational health and safety. Arsenault regularly represents clients before Quebec courts and administrative tribunals in civil, penal and statutory matters, and has deep knowledge of the rules governing the financing of the workers' compensation system. He advises companies on controlling CNESST contributions and implementing sound health and safety policies, and is often consulted on due diligence for corporate transactions involving CNESST experience files. He returned to Dunton Rainville, where he had earlier practiced from 2001 to 2008, after several years building a loyal client base at other firms. He earned his law degree from the University of Ottawa.
