About Alexander

Alexander Da Via is of counsel practising US immigration law, with a focus on business and high-skill nonimmigrant visa matters and automotive industry cases. He has over nine years of experience as an immigration law practitioner and is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He received the Voice for Justice Fellowship in 2013 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Alexander has a personal connection to immigration law: his grandparents and great-grandparents immigrated from Italy to Michigan and Pennsylvania in the early 1900s. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan's College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
