About Annie

Annie Boivin-Breton is the founder of d3b Avocats, where she practises civil and commercial litigation and construction law and has worked on a number of class action files. Before founding the firm in 2016, she spent four years in a litigation boutique and more than two years as a student and articling student at a large national firm. She advises and represents major construction providers and contractors in disputes before the courts and arbitration tribunals, and has acted for public corporations, municipalities, and companies in the transit, real estate, steel and manufacturing sectors, among others, as well as in class actions relating to alleged Competition Act infringements and rent increases. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 2011 and holds an LL.B. (2010) and a B.Sc. (2008), both from the Université de Montréal with the Dean's Award of Excellence.
