About Anna

Anna Glover is an associate in the banking and specialty finance group at Cassels. She focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders in bilateral and syndicated lending, asset-based lending, and acquisition financing. She also advises financial services providers on regulatory compliance with federal and provincial law. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
