About Angela

Angela Broccolini built her early career in insurance defence, handling first-party accident benefits litigation, including catastrophic impairment claims, inter-company disputes, and fraud allegations, while working in the legal department of a major insurance company. She has since shifted her practice to representing injured parties and their families, drawing on her inside knowledge of how insurers assess and value claims. Angela focuses in particular on statutory accident benefits and holding insurers to their good faith obligations toward their own insureds, and she is able to explain the process to clients from both the defence and claimant perspectives. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licensing Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
