About Andy

Andy Noroozi began his career in tax litigation at Revenu Québec in 2010 before earning a master's degree in tax law and practising at firms specializing in tax litigation, including a major national firm. He represents taxpayers in collections, audits, objections, and appeals, and has appeared before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Tax Court of Canada, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has written several articles on tax litigation that have been cited by the courts. Noroozi joined Evolex in 2022 to practise alongside Richard Généreux. He also serves as chief syndic of a professional order and teaches at the École du Barreau du Québec.
