About Marie-Jo

Marie-Jo Bouchard holds a law degree from Université Laval and has practised at the firm since her admission to the Barreau in 2000, focusing on labour and employment law. A partner at the firm, she specializes in workplace accident and occupational disease cases and grievance arbitration, including matters involving psychological harassment, and appears before the Tribunal administratif du travail, disciplinary committees, and the courts, particularly in judicial review matters. She served as a counsellor with the Jeune Barreau de Québec for three years, sat on Barreau du Québec committees on administrative justice and workplace health and safety, taught labour law at the École du Barreau de Québec, and sat on the executive council of the Canadian Bar Association's Quebec labour and employment law section.
