About Andrew
Andrew Nicholl is an associate at Roper Greyell working with employers on labour and employment issues and disputes, having represented clients before federal and provincial arbitration boards, labour boards, the BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, and Federal Court of Appeal. He has also supported employers facing urgent situations such as unlawful blockades and illegal strike activity. He holds a BA (Hons.) from the University of Toronto and a JD from Western University, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016 (not active) and British Columbia in 2018.
