About Robert
Robert Smithson practises employer-side labour and employment law from Fulton & Company's Kamloops office, covering unionized and non-unionized workplaces across private industry, municipal, academic, and non-profit sectors. He began his career as in-house counsel for a trade union before moving to represent employers, and has also worked as a human resources and industrial relations executive and as a sole practitioner. He teaches employment and labour law part-time at Okanagan College and regularly presents to human resources professionals.
