About Andrew

Andrew McMackin is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Saint John office, called to the New Brunswick bar in 2009. He acts for financial institutions, retailers, property management companies, land developers and builders, and commercial and residential borrowers, and was part of the team on a $326 million multi-jurisdiction acquisition of a social media monitoring company and a multi-jurisdiction refinancing of a major tire retailer and auto service provider. He also advises on residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, financings and sales. McMackin holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick (2008) and a B.B.A. from Acadia University (2004), and chairs the Town of Rothesay Planning Advisory Committee.
