About Andrew
Andrew Lima is a litigator with a particular focus on the Repair and Storage Liens Act and insurance defence. Before founding Lima Lee Simovonian LLP, he spent several years as RSLA team lead and insurance defence lawyer at a Toronto law firm. He started his own practice in May 2023, then launched Lima Lee Simovonian LLP with his partners in October 2024. Andrew has handled numerous RSLA actions and appeared at many mediations, motions, and trials, and he provides clients with educational seminars on RSLA strategy while also being consulted on RSLA practices outside Ontario. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Leicester in 2018 and a B.A. (Hons.) in Law and Society from York University in 2015.
