About Kimberley
Kimberley de Jaray began her legal career as a paralegal in 2017, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice on criminal and provincial offences matters including motions, bail hearings, and trials. In 2020, she moved into civil litigation, concentrating on insurance defence and Repair and Storage Liens Act matters, and has appeared before deputy judges in Small Claims Court. She earned her JD from the University of Southampton in 2021 with Honour Roll distinction and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2026.
