Andrea Scharf is Counsel at ScharfLaw (also operating as The Divorce Clinic) in Toronto, where she has practised family law since being called to the Ontario bar in 1977. She works as Duty Counsel at all levels of Family Court and serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice, as well as a mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator. She holds the FDRP Med and AccFM mediation credentials and is a past director of the Family Lawyers' Association of Ontario. Her practice has a particular focus on international child abduction and Hague Convention cases, alongside complex property matters, cohabitation and separation agreements, and foreign divorce and annulment verification.
