ScharfLaw, also known as The Divorce Clinic, is a Toronto family law practice run by a single lawyer, Andrea Scharf, from an office at 393 University Avenue. Scharf was called to the Ontario bar in 1977 and holds a BA from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Scharf holds the FDRP Med and AccFM family mediation designations, works as Duty Counsel at every level of Toronto's Family Court, and serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Superior Court of Justice.

The practice covers family and matrimonial law: mediation, arbitration, and litigation, plus parenting coordination and cohabitation, separation, and marriage agreements. It also takes on international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention and verifies foreign divorces and annulments. Beyond family disputes, the firm drafts wills, gives independent legal advice on agreements, and offers document preparation and other unbundled services for clients who don't need a lawyer handling their whole file. ScharfLaw accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificate clients and offers online consultations, and Scharf has served as a Director of the Family Lawyers Association of Ontario.
