About Jessica

Jessica Dekhter is a partner focusing on family law, divorce, and youth protection matters. Before joining Devichy, she led the family law group at another well-known firm; the firm first came to know her work as opposing counsel, where she was noted for arriving in court well prepared and for a thorough command of her files. She is quadrilingual, providing legal advice in English, French, Russian, and Hebrew, and has appeared before the Superior Court of Quebec, the Youth Protection Division of the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Rental Commission.
