About Andra

Andra Dumitrescu is the founder of AVIO Immigration and a Canadian immigration lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Her practice covers temporary and permanent residence, business immigration, and applications for international students, workers, and families, along with refusals, delays, and Federal Court remedies. Dumitrescu holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, an LL.M. in tax law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto's Trinity College. She has written and spoken on immigration law for Law360 Canada, the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Ontario Bar Association, and speaks English and Romanian.
