Jean-Philippe Couture is a partner and founder of Do It Digital Law LLP, operating as CorpDiem, the firm that now operates All In Business Law. He is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia and provides corporate and tax law services to Canadian and foreign clients, focusing on corporate and commercial transactions with tax complexities, including business reorganizations and the sale of private businesses. Before founding Do It Digital Law LLP, he was a partner at a large national law firm and at an international professional services firm.
