About Aman

Aman Jaswal has practised exclusively in criminal defence for nearly a decade, representing clients at all levels of court in British Columbia. In 2015 he appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa in an appeal that clarified the law on breathalyser refusals across Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (2008) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta (2011), and was called to the bar in 2012. He offers services in English and Punjabi and is available to clients after hours and on weekends.
