About Chris

Chris Drinovz is a partner at KSW Lawyers practising employment and labour law. He has represented clients in disputes including a jurisdictional challenge in BC Provincial Court, a $2.7 million farm sale and breach of contract trial, a third-party claim defending an Abbotsford farming operation against a bank action, and a human rights complaint involving a tow-truck driver's termination. He presents regularly on employment law topics, including webinars on workplace vaccination policies and constructive dismissal, and has written for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC on mental distress and punitive damages. He serves as a board member of the Surrey Cares Community Foundation.
