Trung Nguyen is a senior commercial litigator specializing in complex, high-stakes disputes that intersect fraud, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and real property litigation. He has acted as lead counsel at all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and he practised for 21 years at some of Canada's largest firms before joining SimpsonWigle. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
