About Allison
Allison Crane is a partner and legal counsel at InterMark Law LLP, called to the bar in 1997. She spent her first four years in corporate commercial law at national firms, then worked for seven years as Senior Legal Counsel at Weyerhaeuser Company Limited, a forest products company. She joined InterMark Law in 2007 and became a partner in 2012, where she practises business law and serves as contract corporate counsel for a range of companies.
