About Jennifer

Jennifer Laverick is a partner at KMSC Law LLP practising corporate and commercial law, estate planning and administration, real estate, and surface rights. Her corporate practice covers financing, private mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, while her real estate work spans acquisitions, sales, financing, development and leasing; she also advises on new surface rights acquisitions, damage claims and rental reviews. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary in 2004 and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2009 and the British Columbia bar in 2021. She previously taught the business law course at Northwestern Polytechnic and is a member of the Grande Prairie Bar Association board.
