About Allan
Allan Kay is a senior partner at Kay Mahoney Law who began his legal career in 1974 in Brooks, Alberta, and has spent his career representing clients across Alberta in both criminal and civil litigation. Since the introduction of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in 1982, he has been active in Charter-based litigation in Alberta, contributing to the development of the law around search and seizure and impaired driving.
