About Roger

Roger Penner practises agriculture, commercial law, corporate law, real estate and wills and estates. Born and raised on a Southern Alberta farm, he has maintained close ties to the agricultural community throughout his career and takes pride in his personable, client-centred approach. Outside his practice, Penner has served on a number of community and athletic boards. He works from North & Company's Chancery Court office in downtown Lethbridge and its Bow Island branch office.
