About Allan
Allan co-founded Pearce Ducharme Family Law in 1975 with Mary Anne Ducharme. He earned a B.A. from the University of Windsor in 1970 and an LL.B. there in 1973, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1975. He later completed an LL.M. at Leicester University in England in 2000. His practice focuses on family law, including matters that proceed to appeal, and he has authored publications on topics including legislative drafting and child protection.
