About Mary

Mary Anne co-founded Pearce Ducharme Family Law in 1975 with Allan Dare Pearce. She was called to the Bar of the Northwest Territories in 1979, and completed a legislative drafting credential from the University of Ottawa in 1976 and an LL.M. from Leicester University in England in 2000. She was formerly a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories and served as president of the Student Law Society at the University of Windsor. Her practice focuses on family law matters including divorce, custody, and property division.
