About Gary
Gary LaCroix is a solicitor who has practiced business and real property law in the Cowichan Valley since 1971 and represents more than 300 companies. His corporate work includes advising on business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership agreements. He also has extensive experience in wills and estate planning and in real property transactions such as property development and lease negotiations, and he has served as an estate executor.
