About Knowren
Knowren Ansari practices corporate and securities law with a focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises public and private companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Before joining DuMoulin Black, she worked as a program coordinator for the University of Victoria Faculty of Law's Pro Bono Students Canada chapter and as a legal assistant at a boutique Toronto law firm. She completed her temporary articles and articles at DuMoulin Black.
