Rory Morgan is a lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator at KSW Lawyers, called to the British Columbia bar in 1999. Morgan holds a law degree from the University of Victoria (1998) and a BA from Simon Fraser University (1995). Morgan's practice covers insurance defence, personal injury, commercial disputes, and collections and foreclosure matters, and established an arbitration practice in 2021.
