About Rory

Rory Morgan is a lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator at KSW Lawyers, called to the British Columbia bar in 1999. Morgan holds a law degree from the University of Victoria (1998) and a BA from Simon Fraser University (1995). Morgan's practice covers insurance defence, personal injury, commercial disputes, and collections and foreclosure matters, and established an arbitration practice in 2021. Morgan serves as ad hoc counsel for the RCMP and chairs the Surrey Board of Trade.
