About Piero

Piero Biasini practises real estate law, with a focus on financing as well as business acquisitions and sales. He acts for developers, investors, owners, and tenants on the purchase and sale of real estate assets in Quebec and abroad, and on leasing and other real estate transactions, handling all aspects of a deal including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. He also advises financial institutions, banks, and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending, including security over movable and immovable property, syndicated and cross-border loans, project financing, and asset-based and alternative financing.
