About Alex
Alex Garrett grew up in Trenton and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, earning an Honours degree in Criminology with distinction. He attended law school at the University of Ottawa, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2024. While in law school he worked at the Community Advocacy and Legal Centre, advocating for low-income tenants facing eviction from their homes. He completed his articles at Easton Law and was called to the bar in 2025. His experience at both Easton Law and the Legal Centre developed his interest in assisting clients in situations involving a power imbalance.
