About Aicha

Aicha Tohry founded ARTY LAW after working in fashion and IT law, and now represents music producers, fashion designers, tech startups, marketing agencies, graphic designers, and art consultants. Her work includes incorporations, risk analysis, business and rights acquisitions, and the review and negotiation of licensing, distribution, and publishing agreements. She also advises clients on data protection compliance and advertising and marketing law. Tohry regularly gives talks and workshops on legal topics for creative entrepreneurs and has been interviewed by outlets including Le Journal de Montréal and the Journal du Barreau.
