About Valerie

Valerie Nwaokoro is an associate at Blakes advising on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, joint ventures, criminal and civil litigation, and regulatory compliance matters. She also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act. She joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles in 2025.
