About Preet
Preet Khabra practices employment law, civil litigation, labour law, and workplace human rights at Taylor Janis's Vancouver office, assisting clients with wrongful dismissal litigation, settlement negotiations, human rights complaints, WorkSafeBC claims, union grievances, and employment contract review. Before joining Taylor Janis, she practiced at a Fraser Valley firm focusing on employment and estate litigation and articled at a labour and employment boutique in downtown Vancouver. Preet obtained her law degree from Thompson Rivers University, completing her final year at the University of British Columbia on a letter of permission, and previously worked as a human resources coordinator and with the investigations team at the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the South Asian Bar Association.
