About Adam

Adam Weisberg is a graduate of Queen's University's Faculty of Law who has practised criminal law for more than twenty years. Best Lawyers has recognized him for criminal defence, and the Litigation Counsel of America admitted him to its Order of Justitia and Order of Certus for having conducted over 100 jury and bench trials. He began his career at a national business law firm, then worked with a senior criminal bar member before making partner at the country's largest criminal law firm at the time, and he founded Weisberg Law Criminal Lawyers in 2010. The Law Society of Ontario has designated him a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Adam has defended clients against homicide, sexual assault, domestic assault, impaired driving, and fraud charges, argued before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, taught evidence law at Osgoode Hall until 2025, and was elected President of the Criminal Lawyers' Association in 2025 after serving five terms on its board.
